For Customized Viewing Conditions
- Evaluate large items and multiple parts under standardized lighting
- Simulate up to 7 different light sources with X-Rite SpectraLight QC luminaires
- Custom built to fit any space for consistent evaluations
Avoid errors caused by lack of standardized lighting
X-Rite Harmony Rooms are custom built fit-and-finish rooms to visually evaluate the color and finish of large and assembled products under different light sources, as the customer is most likely to see it.
Ideal for customized viewing conditions to fit any environment
An X-Rite Harmony Room is ideal for evaluating objects that will not fit in a light booth, such as a textile color palette, durable consumer goods, home furnishings and appliances, assembled vehicles, commercial or industrial equipment, and more. Banks of luminaires can be mounted in a variety of configurations throughout the ceiling and walls as well as on rolling dollies to accommodate any size item and enable multiple evaluators to visually inspect color at the same time.
Simulate up to 7 Different Light Sources with SpectraLight QC Luminaires
Harmony Rooms feature X-Rite SpectraLight QC luminaires, which can simulate up to 7 different light sources, including the industry’s de facto standard for filtered tungsten daylight (CIE D50 & D65), Incandescent (CIE ‘A’), LED, UV, and multiple fluorescent sources. Unlike other color rooms available on the market, X-Rite Harmony Rooms do not depend solely on fluorescent lighting; rather, they provide optimal daylight simulation for superior visual assessment results.
Compatible with SpectraLight QC Light Booths
Brand owners and manufacturers can benefit from using the X-Rite SpectraLight QC light booth in conjunction with their Harmony Room to achieve consistent color evaluation across the entire manufacturing process. Placing the SpectraLight QC light booth in areas where smaller components are evaluated can prevent surprises once the final product is assembled.
Aids in Detecting Surface Defects
Visual evaulation in a Harmony Room can help detect orange peel and surface ripple effects that can only be seen at certain angles using a light source that is not diffused.
